Horace began his career in construction and highway planning, managing excavation, conduits, and infrastructure mapping. These early experiences gave him lifelong expertise in logistics, procurement, and process management. His career expanded into the military and Department of Defense, where he coordinated personnel logistics worldwide and became skilled in contingency planning. After military service, Horace dedicated himself to helping families and communities, working in roles that supported military spouses and service personnel. This commitment to humanitarian outreach became the defining thread of his life’s work. Eventually, he founded Hogan’s Vision Humanitarian Outreach Program, Inc., transforming his passion into a faith‑based nonprofit serving families in need. His Recovery Hub integrates templates, donor bios, agency support, and crisis emergency flight information in 11 languages.

Biography 

Horace is a visionary leader whose life has been defined by service, planning, and coordination. He drives strategic planning, donor engagement, and platform development for Hogan’s Vision Humanitarian Outreach Program, Inc., ensuring multilingual accessibility and compliance with HUD, HIPAA, and Nevada statutes. His skills include project management, technical proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Copilot Pages, and digital design tools, multilingual communication, compliance expertise, and community leadership. Throughout his life, Horace has been a planner, coordinator, and visionary. His long‑term goal is to grow Hogan’s Vision into a leading faith‑based nonprofit, expanding holistic support for families worldwide.
